Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any E3 Global Network service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content through the Service
  • Misrepresent the E3 compensation plan or income opportunity to others
  • Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service without written permission
  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell any E3 product or content without authorisation

4. Partner Responsibilities

As an E3 Global Network partner, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and direct selling standards in your country. You must not make income claims that are not supported by our published income disclosure statement. E3 reserves the right to terminate any partner account for non-compliance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on the Service are the exclusive property of E3 Global Network or its licensors. No licence is granted to use E3 intellectual property except as expressly set out in a separate written agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E3 Global Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to E3 in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Service Modifications

E3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will endeavour to give 30 days notice for material changes that affect the core service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. On termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
