- Health and wearable data — steps, sleep, heart rate, and other metrics from connected devices (with your explicit consent)
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, session duration, and app interactions
- Device data — browser type, operating system, IP address (anonymised after 30 days)

- To personalise Ava’s responses and intelligence for your specific context
- To improve product performance, accuracy, and features
- To process partner compensation and track network performance
- To send transactional communications (account, billing)
- To comply with legal obligations in the jurisdictions we operate
4. Our Core Data Principle
E3 Global Network will never sell, share, or monetise user data — under any circumstances. Your data belongs to you.
5. Data Retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active
- Health data: retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion
- Usage logs: anonymised after 90 days, deleted after 12 months
- Partner compensation records: retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance

7. Third-Party Integrations
E3 products integrate with third-party providers to deliver core functionality. Current integrations include:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Anthropic — AI inference powering Ava
- Vercel — hosting and CDN infrastructure
Each provider is bound by data processing agreements. No provider is authorised to use your data outside of the service they provide to us.
